We Strive for the Perfect Image!
We sell generally sell one-time, non-exclusive
rights to publishers and other using our photographs. When you buy
one-time rights from us, you are purchasing the right to print, or make a
copy of our image once (or for use in one audiovisual program) in a certain
geographic area to be agreed upon by us in a single language edition or
audiovisual program. Non-exclusive rights means that we are not stopped
from selling the same rights at the same time to another customer.
Generally speaking, we will ship images to you on CD, and these are subject
to California sales tax for firms doing business in California.
All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Other rights arrangements are negotiable on an individual
basis. Please send an email to ask about a publication not listed in
our general charts on our web page.
